This notice covers the GIBA institutional website. GIBA’s expanded institutional name and legal entity are being confirmed; this notice will be updated accordingly.
What data we process
The only interactive feature is the contact form, and it is not yet connected to a live mailbox: submissions are validated but not delivered or stored, so no personal data is retained. If GIBA later connects a mail service, it would process the name, email and message you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, and this notice would be updated first.
Cookies and analytics
This website loads no analytics and sets no non-essential cookies. Any future analytics would be privacy-respecting and cookieless, with no advertising or cross-site tracking, and anything requiring consent would be gated by a compliant consent mechanism.
Retention and your rights
Because no personal data is currently stored, there is nothing to retain, access or erase. An updated notice will set out retention periods and your data-protection rights, and how to exercise them, as GIBA’s services develop.
